Amrak's Human Resources Management System (HRMS) has been designed and written by our experienced consultants.  This is a Business Intranet System with applications running on a Human Resource Management server.  Employee can access these applications from their machines by using custom client applications or by simply using web browsers in local intranet mode.  This system is a modular system, therefore, you have liberty to choose from a list of useful HR support options.   Following are some key features of the system.

Full Employment and Salary data
Amrak HRMS can be set to accommodate your company structure. There are many options available to customize the system to exactly match your company horizontal and vertical management structures.  The system hold complete database of the full time permanent employee and their salary structures.  This section also contains complete employee personal details such as personal and educational details, previous jobs, joining/leaving dates, and salary definitions such as hourly rates/bi-weekly/monthly salary, etc.

Separate holding of Contract and part time Employee
Amrak HRMS can be configured to take care of temporary contract employee, part time employee, and summer student jobs.

Employee History Management
Snapshots of the time line for individuals can be obtained.   This means that you can see what a person was doing and what they were paid at any point on their timeline with the company.

Employee Electronic Card
The system can be set to create Electronic Employee Card for each employee.  This card contains the necessary information about that employee.  Employee can access these card from their desktops too.  This card also facilitates the printing of visiting cards, envelopes, and other stationary for the employee.

Performance Management System
Amrak has designed a module that is called Performance Management System.  This system integrates with HRMS and enables employee and management to effectively manage their performance.  This tool is designed on continuous improvement strategy.   Using this tool, employees can set their objectives for a year.  Managers can review and approve these objectives.  These objectives are reviewed twice a year and changes can be made if required due to change of scope of work for an employee or change in company business.  Finally, at the end of the year, the performance is reviewed against these objectives and increments nd bonus can be tied up with these reviews.   To check details for this system, please go to Performance Management System.

Skill Profiles
HRMS can maintain skills profiles for all the employee.  This section contains current skills for each employee and their future directions for skill upgrades.   This system can then help management to determine training or re-training requirements for employee.

Executive and Employee Reports
The HRMS system is available with many standard reports for management as well as employees.   Executive summaries are also available.  Custom reports can also be designed and implemented in order to fulfill specific requirements.
